Last Stand for Independence in Animal Welfare

NSW has taken a major step toward establishing Australia's first Independent Office of Animal Welfare, but the proposed legislation falls short of the independence promised.

With limited parliamentary sitting time remaining, there's an important opportunity to strengthen the Bill and secure meaningful reform for animals.

Join the Australian Alliance for Animals for a special briefing to learn why an Independent Office matters, what's missing from the proposed legislation, and how we can work together to ensure NSW gets this historic reform right.

IMPORTANT: We will confirm the in-person location soon.

If you are attending in person, please arrive at 5:45 pm for a 6 pm start.
