Write to your local politician
Want to do something about battery cages in NSW or push for stronger animal welfare laws?
Care about issues affecting animals but aren’t sure how to get your concerns in front of your local politician?
Looking to connect with other passionate advocates and take meaningful action together?
Join the Advocate for animals in NSW workshop on 21 July, either in-person at the Humanitix Office or online via Zoom.
Real change for animals happens when decision-makers hear from the people they represent. That's why the Australian Alliance for Animals is bringing together supporters who want to help drive better outcomes for animals across NSW.
During the workshop, you'll be guided through writing a compelling letter to your local state representative on issues that matter to you and to animals. You'll also gain insights into how political advocacy works and how everyday people can influence policy change.
If you can, join us in person for 🍕 free vegan pizza 🍕 and the opportunity to meet like-minded advocates who are ready to turn their concern for animals into action.
Together, we can build a stronger voice for animals in NSW.
